Why is a subcutaneous film used
Hydroe – and roof vapor barrier began to be used in the insulation of houses. They are primarily designed to prevent moisture from entering the insulation, laid under the roof, both from the premises and from the street.
With an incorrectly installed such system, the appearance of mold fungi occurs, the wet of the wooden elements of the roof, as a result of this, spoiled internal repairs. It is very important that the hydraulic – and vapor barrier is designed and laid for the premises separately.
The main functions assigned to steam and waterproofing: an obstacle to moisture penetration and not to allow moisture accumulation, helping to remove water vapors, and the atmosphere. These insulation materials belong to the film type.
