Advantages and design features of composite tiles

Composite tiles – modern material for roof decoration. It is produced using unique innovative technologies. The basis of composite tiles are steel sheets, the reliability of which is provided by multilayer protection. That is why many developers prefer to use this material to arrange a strong roof.

Roser composite tiles are protected from corrosion with a layer of alloy, which includes three types of metals – zinc, silicon and aluminum. It is applied not only from the external, but also from the inside of the tile. After that, the steel base is primed with an acrylic solution with a crumb, which contains a natural stone. At the end, the surface of the tile is covered with an unclaim that protects the paint from fading and burnout.

Outwardly composite tiles are very reminiscent of a ceramic analogue, but in terms of operational qualities it significantly exceeds it. The main advantages of this roofing material are a small mass and ease of installation, a high level of sound insulation, the ability to maintain color for a long time, resistance to wear and durability. The unique property of composite tiles is not to lose external attractiveness even after fifty years of operation. There are no difficulties with the installation of tiles – it is easily deformed, which makes it possible to give the necessary form.

The composite tile costs a little more than the rest of the roofing materials. But it is better not to save on the roof – it depends on it how reliable your house will be. High quality has its advantages – you do not have to often repair.
