Most recruiters are irritated by irresponsibility, lack of discipline and frequent job changes when working with young employees, SuperJob found out. 1,000 HR specialists participated in the survey.

Every fifth recruiter is irritated by sloppiness in zoomers, 14% – by inconsistency, another 13% drew attention to the unreliability of generation Z, and 8% – by the unwillingness to work.

Among other negative traits are sensitivity to criticism, failure to observe subordination and poor performance of tasks. SuperJob analysts noted that similar traits were previously attributed to millennials.

At the same time, 27% of HR managers noted that they do not see any downsides to working with zoomers. “Nothing irritates me. We hire young people from 16 years old. “They are all quick and smart,” the experts noted.
