Which ensures the reliability of fire doors
Fire door is a strong multilayer structure. The combination of layers is different for different manufacturers, however, in any version of the door, the outer and inner layer must have. As an inner layer, the use of a special heat insulator is required, which prevents the door ignition.
As a heat insulator, non -combustible cotton wool is often used very often. The outer part of the door is made of metal or plastic covered with fire resistance with paint. An inconspicuous anti -dummy insert resembling hard plasticine is laid along the entire perimeter of the door in special furrows.
In the event of a fire, the insert is foamed and sealing all the cracks, not allowing combustion products to penetrate the next room. At the same time, it is worth noting that the fire door even under normal conditions performs protective functions, having good sound and thermal insulation properties.
