Technical characteristics of the waterproofing film
Waterproofing film is an additional protection against roof leakage, water ingress through the ventilation system. The film is laid immediately under the roof, thereby preventing the wetting atmospheric precipitation and from unforeseen weather conditions (for example, a flitter wind). This material is used in roof slopes that do not form a flat surface (metal tile, slate).
Waterproofing film – “breathing membrane” happens:
– superdiffusion, where the vapor permeability indicator is from 1000 g/m2 per day;
– diffusion-400-1000 g/m2 per day;
– pseudo -diffuseum – 20-300 g/m2 per day.
Pseudo -diffuse membranes are used for waterproofing unheated or slightly heated objects.
