First of all, grounding is responsible for safety, so do not neglect them. Many probably noticed that the number of household appliances is growing every year, hence the need for electricity is growing. Therefore, it is worth knowing how grounding is carried out in your own house. To begin with, I would like to note that in everyday life, a single -phase alternating current is mainly used, where one wire is “zero” and the other is a “phase”. Of course, the case should not be limited to only two wires, since it is necessary to connect the third wire, which will be responsible for safety in case of short circuit. Naturally, the third wire is grounding, but simply conducting the wire is not enough, since here, as in any other work, there are its nuances.
First of all, we carry out the grounding circuit, namely, connect two wires to the shield, and one wire moves away from the shield and goes straight to the ground. Of course, in order to connect the grounding wire, it is necessary to drive an electrode into the ground to a depth of at least two meters, after which the grounding wire is fixed at the end of the electrode using a pre -welded bolt with a nut. In the end, I want to note that it will be necessary to check the assembled chain, namely, for this you need to use the “ohmmeter”. This device is able to measure the resistance of any product.
