What you need to know about a monolithic foundation
A monolithic foundation is a certain technology used in the foundation device, during which the construction of the engineering components of the structure occurs by filling with liquid concrete of the required forms.
Monolithic foundations, in turn, are the basis of reinforced concrete for the future building, which is performed, taking into account all the features of the structure itself, for which it is intended and soil research on the site.
It should also be known that the device of a monolithic foundation may differ in type. That is, monolithic foundations can be strip, columnar or continuous type. The strip type of foundation is represented by a continuous narrow ribbon made of reinforced concrete, which is laid along the entire perimeter of the building and under the supporting structures.
