A special solution is applied to the entire supporting surface equally, and the plate ready for installation is supplied to the installation site using a lifting tap. Then the place of installation of the plate is specified manually, and at the command of the builders, installation begins. The ceiling design is lowered exactly to the installation site.
Auxiliary structures in this process are slings – they remain stretched when the plates are lowered – and if necessary, with their help, with scraps, they correct the location.
In cases where the planes of the plates installed nearby do not match, and the difference is more than 4 mm, one of the plates is raised, then another layer of cement mortar is applied, and the installation of the plate is performed again. The mounted plate is checked again.
